The Challenge: Sourcing Readily Available Replacements
The customer urgently needed to replace four off valve manifolds on their machinery. The primary hurdle was finding equivalent replacements that were readily available within Australia. In industrial manufacturing, waiting weeks for overseas shipping on critical pneumatic components translates to costly downtime. They needed a fast, reliable, and locally stocked solution.
The Solution: On-Site Engineering and CKD 4KA Valves
Understanding the urgency, Pneumatic Products responded quickly to the request. Our Brisbane-based Sales Engineer, Brian Davey, travelled on-site to personally inspect the machines and accurately assess the requirements.
After evaluating the existing setup, Brian specified the CKD 4KA valve manifolds as the ideal equivalent replacement. To ensure the fastest possible turnaround and easiest installation for the customer, the CKD valve manifolds were supplied fully assembled directly from stocks held locally by Pneumatic Products.
