Design
The piCLASSIC Neo is designed with adaptability at its core. Its configurable design allows for seamless integration into new or existing systems, while its compact footprint makes it ideal for tight installation spaces. Two main variants offer flexible port layouts: the standard model, with ports accessible from one side, and the Inline model, where the exhaust and vacuum ports sit opposite each other. This Inline option fits robotic End-of-Arm-Tooling (EOAT) perfectly, delivering smooth, efficient performance in tight spaces and precise positions.
Sustainability
The design prioritises energy efficiency at every stage. With compatibility for Piab’s piSAVE® ESL and piSAVE® ESS energy-saving functions, the pump adjusts dynamically to handle both leaking and sealed materials. This reduces compressed air consumption, cuts energy-related costs, and supports more sustainable operations. In fact, lifecycle assessments show that the piCLASSIC Neo can reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 58% compared to its predecessor, helping manufacturers meet environmental goals while boosting productivity.
Maintenance
Maintenance has also been simplified. Its modular design allows technicians to access and service key components like COAX® ejectors individually, without dismantling the entire pump. A separated valve plate provides quick access to internal valves, improving uptime while reducing service interruptions.
